Bryan Cloncs

Bryan Cloncs is a Managing Director focused on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising for clients in the healthcare information technology (HCIT) industry, including technology-enabled businesses to health systems, physician groups and other healthcare providers, and payers. Bryan joined Cain Brothers in 2011 and has 13 years of experience in a variety of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions. Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Bryan was with Piper Jaffray’s Financial Restructuring Group. Bryan graduated with honors from Purdue University with a BS in Industrial Engineering and earned an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
